This was my first trip to northern India, and I traveled with Mark Geppert and a team from SEAPC (South East Asia Prayer Center). We covered over 1,500 miles of prayer-inspiring roads, covering much of the state of Himachal Pradesh. It was on this trip that I met Ravi, our tour guide, for the first time, and we have become very good friends and have now done several tours together. On this journey we prayer walked many Hindu and Buddhist temples as well as visited a wonderful orphanage for girls in the Himalayas. One of the key places we prayed was in Manali, the birthplace of the caste system of India.
